  • Pricing

Residents assessed as having the means to pay an accommodation deposit will be required to either pay a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) of $700,000 or a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP). Residents have the option of paying a combined RAD and DAP payment structure. The RAD is 100% refundable when the resident leaves the facility. The DAP is not refundable and is based on the Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR) set by the Commonwealth Government and reviewed quarterly. The MPIR is fixed at the date of admission and is currently 8.38% (correct at 1 October 2024). For example, on a room priced at $700,000, a resident can choose to pay the full RAD ($700,000) and no DAP; or pay 50% of the RAD ($350,000) and a DAP of $80.36 per day; or not pay any RAD and pay a DAP of $160.71 per day. More information on current MPIR rates and pricing can be found on the MyAgedCare website. We also invite you to speak with us to learn more about our rooms, services, and pricing.
