Offering care services for up to 80 permanent residents, choose from a range of accommodation including ocean views, courtyard views and heritage rooms. We offer both single and couple suites and all rooms have a private ensuite, built-in robes, phone connection and nurse call system.
Wearne Cottesloe’s location is near both Cottesloe Beach and Fremantle, making it accessible for family visitors. Residents have access to nearby cafes, shopping and medical amenities. Public transport services are also within easy reach, connecting residents to local community and health facilities.
Wearne Cottesloe has a dedicated heritage library, cards and crafts room, entertainment lounge, wellness centre and hair salon. The home also features a sunroom, heritage gardens and several intimate garden courtyards.

Our Room Types
Heritage – Standard Single Room with Ensuite
Located in our Heritage House, these rooms ideally suit residents who value their privacy and a touch of the past. Each room features a private ensuite, built-in robes, nurse-call points, WiFi and space to personalise the room with personal memorabilia. Rooms are also supplied with a fully electric bed, bedside table, chair and overbed table. Rooms are located close to our heritage library and wellness centre, and a short distance from other lounge, dining and activity areas.
Residents assessed as having the means to pay an accommodation deposit will be required to either pay a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) of $400,000 or a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) of $54.58 per day. Residents have the option of paying a combines RAD and DAP payment structure. For example, the resident may elect to pay 50% of the RAD ($200,000) and a DAP of $27.29 per day. The RAD is 100% refundable when the resident leave the facility. The DAP is based on the Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR) set by the Commonwealth Government.
