Wearne Cottesloe has been home to hundreds of aged care residents for over 40 wonderful years.
Wearne Cottesloe closed in December 2021, at which time our residents moved to their new home Marine Views Cottesloe. Wearne Cottesloe has served our community well and many wonderful memories have been made here.

Heritage – Standard Single Room with Ensuite
Room description
Located in our Heritage House, these rooms ideally suit residents who value their privacy and a touch of the past. Each room features a private ensuite, built-in robes, nurse-call points, WiFi and space to personalise the room with personal memorabilia. Rooms are also supplied with a fully electric bed, bedside table, chair and overbed table. Rooms are located close to our heritage library and wellness centre, and a short distance from other lounge, dining and activity areas.

Pricing
Residents assessed as having the means to pay an accommodation deposit will be required to either pay a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) starting from $400,000 or a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) of $44.27 per day. Residents have the option of paying a combines RAD and DAP payment structure. For example, the resident may elect to pay 50% of the RAD ($200,000) and a DAP of $22.14 per day. The RAD is 100% refundable when the resident leaves the facility. The DAP is based on the Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR) of 4.04% set by the Commonwealth Government.
