Household Living Areas
Each household has dedicated lounge, sitting and atrium areas that you and your family are encouraged to use at any stage.
Each household lounge has a large format television. The television is controlled using a panel on the wall. Please ask a staff member if you require assistance to operate the television.
We remind you that these areas are public spaces and that you must, wherever possible, be respectful of those around you. Please do not turn the volume up too high. Speakers are positioned directly above seating to assist those who are hard of hearing. We are also able to arrange a hearing aid loop for people with a Bluetooth hearing aid.
Household Dining Areas
There are kitchen and dining areas on each floor for the enjoyment of you and visitors.
You are welcome to help yourself to tea or coffee using the hot water dispenser, and cold drinks from the glass fronted fridge in each kitchenette. During food service we ask that you and your visitors avoid the service area for safety and hygiene reasons.
Some people prefer fixed seating arrangements. We ask that you respect the preferences of others and move seats if requested by team members or residents.
