We have our own onsite laundry. We will wash your clothes after use, or on your request.
Whilst we do not use bleach to clean clothes, we must use both heat and chemicals to wash your clothes in line with commercial laundry standards. We are unable to guarantee that clothing will not fade or deteriorate over time, and highly recommend that you avoid clothing that is sensitive or arrange for sensitive clothing to be dry-cleaned.
Some families choose to take laundry home to wash and we can arrange a laundry basket and signage in this case.
We have an arrangement with a local dry-cleaner and can offer a discounted door-to-door dry-cleaning service.
All clothes must be clearly labelled to avoid loss. We can label clothing, linen, and other personal items at your request.
Our housekeeping team are also able to offer a simple clothing repair service, including button replacement and hem adjustments.
We are unfortunately not able to accept responsibility for the loss or damage of clothing.
