Curtin Heritage: The Art of Ageing Well

Curtin Heritage has long been at the forefront of ageing well in Western Australia, not simply as one of the state’s most trusted aged care service providers, but as a leading voice in the conversations that shape how we live, age and thrive. From our award-winning approach to memory care to our deep partnerships with clinicians, researchers and allied health specialists, we have earned our place as the western suburbs’ authority on healthy ageing. Now, we’re opening the doors and sharing that knowledge with the community – because ageing well isn’t a private pursuit – it’s a conversation to have together.

Healthy Ageing Conversations

A six-event wellness series, June 2026 – June 2027  | The Heritage Collective Theatre.

A community aged care forum series dedicated to the health issues that matter most to older West Australians. Across six events at The Heritage Collective Theatre, we bring together leading medical specialists, allied health professionals and lived-experience voices to tackle the topics ranging from loneliness and memory loss to nutrition, mobility, and end-of-life care. Each forum is timed to a national health awareness week, grounding local conversation in the national moment. Expect candour, expertise and practical aged care support guidance you can take home.

Mind Matters: Anxiety, Depression & Emotional Wellbeing in Aged Care

Thursday 8 October 2026 | 10.00am – 12.00pm | World Mental Health Month

Timed to coincide with World Mental Health Day, this session confronts the high and often under-recognised rates of anxiety and depression among residents in aged care. Panellists explore holistic models of emotional aged care support, the vital role of allied health professionals, and how we might finally retire the stigma that still lingers around mental health in residential settings.
