RiverSea Village
RiverSea Village offers retirement living in a small, spacious and genuinely supportive community — the freedom to live entirely independently, with the quiet reassurance that support is close by should it ever be needed. Our Mosman Park independent living community is set among beautiful, lush, landscaped gardens, conveniently positioned between the Swan River and the Indian Ocean.
The village comprises fourteen villas — each private and independent of the others, yet designed to foster the strong, neighbourly community spirit that gives RiverSea Village its name for warmth. It is retirement village living at a human scale: small enough that everyone is known, spacious enough that everyone has room to breathe. The community is pet friendly, and residents can choose from a range of optional leisure, health and security services — support entirely on your own terms.
RiverSea Village residents are able to enjoy the Makerspace, Theatre and Club Lounge located in the Heritage Collective at Curtin Heritage’s Cottesloe site.
