Marine Views

Care by the Sea

Western Australia’s most distinguished address for residential care, Marine Views sits on Marine Parade in Cottesloe, steps from the beach and at the heart of one of Perth’s most beloved communities. Here, 24-hour nursing care is delivered within a warm, high-design residence, supporting older people with a variety of care needs, including those living with dementia, through personalised, compassionate care in every stage of their journey.

Care That Begins with You

At Marine Views in Cottesloe, we believe that exceptional care is never one-size-fits-all. It begins with a conversation with you and with the people who matter most to you and it evolves as your needs do.

Whether you require gentle assistance with daily tasks, support for personal interests and social activities, comprehensive 24-hour nursing care, every aspect of your care plan is shaped by your preferences, your history and your life. Our small-household model means you are truly known here – not as a room number, but as a person.

Care is personal, purposeful, and delivered with genuine warmth. For those living with dementia, our experienced and dedicated team work closely with loved ones to ensure dignity and connection are preserved at every stage. We also provide compassionate palliative care, ensuring residents and their families are supported with care and respect through every moment. It is the relationship between resident and carer — built on consistency, trust, and real familiarity — that defines the Marine Views experience and sets us apart from any other care home in Western Australia.

Our homes hold the maximum three-year accreditation from the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, a mark of the standards we hold ourselves to, and the confidence you can place in us.
