At Curtin Heritage residential aged care means more than support with daily living. It means thoughtful care, meaningful connections and a place to truly feel at home. Our two care homes, Marine Views in Cottesloe and RiverSea in Mosman Park each have their own character, yet the things that matter most are consistent across both: person centred care, clinical expertise and a team that gets to know each resident. Families and friends can feel confident knowing their loved one is valued, respected and receiving the care they deserve.
Good care starts with knowing who someone is, not just what they need. Curtin Heritage’s person-centred approach shapes services around each individual’s experiences, needs and preferences – from 24-hour nursing care to outings in our luxury bus. It’s care that gets to know you, in a community that starts to feel like home.
Choosing a residential aged care home involves important financial considerations, and we believe in making this as clear and navigable as possible. At Marine Views Cottesloe and RiverSea Mosman Park, the pricing listed for each suite represents the maximum – your actual costs may be lower depending on your personal and financial circumstances.
Residents assessed as having the means to pay an accommodation deposit have three options: a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD), a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP), or a combination of both. The RAD is refundable, less any agreed fees, when you leave. The DAP is calculated on the Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR) set by the Commonwealth Government and reviewed quarterly – your rate is fixed at the date of admission.
Further information is available at MyAgedCare, or we invite you to contact our team directly. We are happy to talk through the options and help you find a pathway that works for you and your family.

Residential aged care provides a home for older Western Australians who need ongoing support with daily living, health care, or specialised nursing beyond what can be managed at home. At Curtin Heritage, this means 24-hour nursing care delivered within a warm, high-design residence, where dignity and comfort sit alongside clinical expertise.
Residential care suits those who require a higher level of support than home care can provide, including help with mobility, medication, personal care, or complex health needs. An aged care assessment, arranged through My Aged Care, will confirm eligibility and the level of care required.
Both RiverSea Mosman Park and Marine Views offer 24-hour nursing care and specialised support within the Curtin Heritage network, though each has its own address, architecture, and character. RiverSea specialises in the very best of dementia care and sits along the river at Mosman Park, while Marine Views occupies one of the Western Suburbs’ most distinguished coastal addresses on Marine Parade, Cottesloe.
Costs typically include a basic daily fee and may include a means-tested care fee and an accommodation payment, which can be paid as a lump sum, a daily payment, or a combination of both. Every resident’s circumstances differ, and our team is available to walk through the specifics for either location.
Prospective residents and their families are warmly invited to tour either residence in person, to experience the design, amenities, and atmosphere firsthand before making a decision. Our team can arrange a time that suits.
Both residences offer thoughtfully designed amenities alongside specialised care, from communal spaces to dining, wellness, and lifestyle programming tailored to residents’ interests and needs.
The process begins with an aged care assessment through My Aged Care, followed by a conversation with our team about availability, suite options, and fees at either RiverSea or Marine Views. We’re here to guide families through every step.
Whether you are exploring retirement living, seeking residential aged care for someone you love, or arranging support at home, our team is here to help — with straight answers, transparent pricing and no pressure.
