Monument Bay moves forward to detailed design
Monument Bay, our future integrated community in Mosman Park, is moving forward. The Curtin Heritage Board has approved the project masterplan, and work now turns to detailed design.
The detailed design phase will begin with consultation with our internal teams. The people who deliver care and services across our sites every day know what makes a home work well for residents, families and staff. Their experience will help shape how Monument Bay looks, feels and functions.
As detailed design progresses, we look forward to continuing to engage with our neighbours, local residents and everyone interested in the future of the site.
We will share updates regularly and let you know about opportunities to have your say. We look forward to continuing our community consultation sessions early in 2027.
We are grateful to everyone who has taken an interest in Monument Bay so far, and we look forward to sharing the next chapter with you.
